Partner Development Director
When speaking with Malcolm, most notice his keen sense for detail and his ability to quickly, with a sharp clarity, apply critical thinking to resolving any issue. Of course, that comes from his direct involvement in the Technology world since 1978. Throughout his career, he has served a broad range of clients spanning a plethora of industries. Applying this expertise, as ATScloud’s Partner Development Director, positively impacts our clients’ growth and profitability. Prior to joining our team, his VAR/MSP relationship experience at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya, carries over to our partners in two ways: 1. He understands the daily challenges MSPs/VARs are up against and 2. Based on building strong relationships can intuitively align the appropriate ATScloud services/products to increase partners’ MRR. What some have discovered already is Malcolm’s enthusiastic approach to taking clues and solving problems. This must be attributed to his being a certified Computer Examiner, a Texas licensed P.I. and a Summation Support specialist. A native of Dallas and graduate from the University of North Texas, Malcolm really likes to sneak in every opportunity to indulge in photography, woodworking and movie-watching. Guess he can build his own frames for his home art gallery.
